I just finished 8 weeks of Conquer the Fat Loss. I lost 15-18 pounds depending on the day and the scale. I want to start another plan in a week to 10 days but I am not sure what to do in the meantime. I don't think I will do another round of Conquer or Crack the Fat Loss. I am just not happy with the way it went this time. I am considering BFL because I had great sucess with it before. (-90 pounds). But I was really, really, committed to the food plan and the workouts. I had access to a gym. I had a support group. I had a desire and a focus. I am not sure I have any of those now. So I know I don't have many readers or followers but what do the few of you think?

I think my mom gets a positive attitude to start off with and then she puts herself down over and over.And the people (support groups)she works with just let her.When they're supposed to get her to keep the positive attitude that she started off with.I guess what i'm trying to say is keep a positive attitude and I think you will come away successful.
I vote for BFL. But this time around is much more difficult, for me at least. Being older and having kids (and in your case, a job that you have to drive to) affects the time we have to work out / plan meals.
Given that, I really do think you can do it. Yes, there will be days you can't get your work out in. Or meals that you have to improvise, but just keep on going. Work out the next day, eat right the next meal. Don't let it slide down to a "I'll start next week" atitude.
